Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates, United State, Canada and Mexico only. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

How much is the delivery fee?

Peninsula MalaysiaRM8 per order and free delivery for any purchase RM150 & above3 – 5 working day(s)
East MalaysiaRM14 varies on package’s weight6 – 8 working day(s)

The item prices on the website do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be computed when you start the checkout process as they are based on your zip code and package’s weight / volumetric. International orders take 16 – 21 working days to reach.

How long does it takes for delivery?
We will process and ship out your order within 2-3 working days once payment is completed.
Please note that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season, etc).

How can I check the shipment status?

You will receive the tracking information via email / whatsapp once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.

Can I choose a specific time and date for delivery?
All deliveries will be done by the courier company, customers are not able to choose a specific date and time for delivery. 
However, you can check your shipment status using the tracking information provided via email once your order is fulfilled.

Returns & Refund

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Returns must be returned in it’s original package attached with your receipt

Kindly inform our Customer Service with the subject “Refund Item” if you wish to return an item, we are more than glad to assist you regarding your return.

Please provide the returned item parcel consignment number for all returns.

What Will I Get Back After Returning An Item(s)? 

You will be eligible to have a full refund or a prorated refund (if a promotional code has been used for your purchase) debited to your Bank Account.

Postage Charges When Returning An Item(s)

Customers will have to bear the postage charges when returning an item(s) to us.

How To Return An Item(s)?

Kindly email our customer service team at customerservice[at!] with the email title “Refund Item”. We will assist you to return your purchase as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 7 working days to expedite your request.
Request attached with condition of item (photo and details of purchase) in email, will speed up our overall process to get your refund and it will be reference/record purposes.

How Long It Takes For My Refund/Replacement Item(s)?

Kindly allow a minimum of 5 working days from the date we receive your returned item(s).

Refund will be based on customer’s actual paid amount. Final payment to refund, voucher/promotional codes cannot convert into cash term.
