白术甘补渗利、苦温而燥、入脾、胃经、主以温补扶正、兼能祛除水湿。善补气健脾、燥湿利水 、止汗、治脾虚水肿、痰饮、 表虚自汗及胎动不安。
白术治脾胃气虚、增强脾胃功能、促进消化和吸收、缓解脾胃虛弱引起的食欲不振等症状。
它还能排除体内多余的水分、减轻水肿症状、并有助于缓解自汗、盗汗等问题。

不适合孕妇、婴儿、 特殊人群、 患者、正在服药和过敏体质的人。食用前应咨询医生。
